About Poposition Press:

Poposition Press is a boutique publishing house that specializes in producing limited edition pop-up books, cards and prints featuring the work of contemporary artists and designers.

Poposition is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of paper engineering and book design, creating unique and visually stunning pop up titles that appeal to collectors, art enthusiasts, and book lovers alike.

Each Poposition Press release is an art collectible – every book has a special edition with bespoke packaging including slipcases, custom boxes, and more.

Rosston Meyer started Poposition after self publishing the first edition of Pop Up Funk in 2013 with Jim Mahfood. Since then, Poposition has published over fifty pop up books, prints and greeting cards with artists like Skinner, Junko Mizuno, Mike Giant as well as pop up collections with the foundations of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol.

Meyer is also a board member of The Movable Book Society, a non profit organization for collectors, artists, and producers to share information about pop-up books.

In addition to collaborating with artists, Poposition works with other paper engineers (The Complexities of Pop Up, Dimensional Cannabis, The Keith Haring Pop Up Book) as well, truly making Poposition a group effort when it comes to the artwork and engineering involved with creating and designing pop up books.

Poposition’s releases can be found in the permanent collections of university libraries around the world including Pratt, RISD, SVA, Harvard, Colombia, Bibliothèque Forney, University of Brighton, University of Pennslyvania, Jaffee Center for the Book Arts, Cooper Hewitt Design Library and more.
